He received an interdisciplinary degree in Management, Psychology, andCommunication from the University of Baltimore in 1992, followed by a Master of Divinity degreefrom Logos Christian College in 1996.

Driven by his thirst for knowledge, Dr. Spence earned a Doctorate in Religious Philosophy from The Tabernacle Bible Baptist School of Theology in 2001. Dr. Spence's impact extends beyond academia, as he is also a prolific author with three notable books to his name: "Groomed for Destiny," Understanding the Destiny Cut," and "Embracing the Prophetic."
